Cards are verified in real time using a secure link to your bank using our payment partner.

We verify that the address you entered as the 'Invoice Address' matches the address to which your card is registered (you can always select an alternative delivery address too). If the invoice address doesn't match your registered card address, your order may be flagged up as possible fraud be our systems and therefore delayed or cancelled.

On your statement, the transaction will be listed as 'VP/SkyOrbs.co.uk' with the exception of Maestro and Solo which is displayed as 'Voice Pay'.

Alternatively if you've not got your card to hand we also offer quick and easy payment using your Paypal account.
