All orders are dispatched same weekday, if received and paid for by 1pm.
UNITED KINGDOM
Providing cleared payment is received by 1pm, we guarantee to dispatch your Chinese Lantern order THE SAME WORKING DAY.
Standard orders are sent out using a 2-5 day service (Royal Mail 2nd Class, Home Delivery Network or Parcelforce 48) and Priority orders are sent using a guaranteed overnight service (Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24).
We do ask for your patience if your order is not received in a timely manner as Royal Mail will not look into non-delivered orders until 14 working days have passed since posting. With this in mind, we would ask you to consider upgrading to a guaranteed service if you need your lanterns for a special celebration.

STANDARD DELIVERY is charged at £2.99 on orders under £20, and is FREE on orders over £20.
If you require you lanterns for a definate date, we would urge you to select PRIORITY DELIVERY which is charged at only £7.99 on orders under £20 and just £3.99 on orders over £20.
WESTERN EUROPE
Postage is charged at £4.99 on orders under £50, and is FREE on orders over £50.
We use Royal Mail Airmail, Parcelforce and Fedex on European orders and expect customers to receive their orders within 2-14 days.

Western Europe includes France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands; please contact us for a quote on other countries.
USA/CANADA
Postage is charged at £14.99 on orders up to 2Kg and £49.99 on orders over 2Kg.
We use Royal Mail Airmail and Fedex on USA and Canadian orders and expect customers to receive their orders within 2-5 days with Fedex and 2-14 days with Airmail.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the postman will post a card through notifying you that an attempt has been made and inviting you to collect from your local sorting office. If sent with Parcelforce, please call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. In the unlikely event of damage upon delivery, please take photos and email to us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
